Best Family villa!
There were 4 generations in our family group of 8 people ranging from Great Grandma at 94 to Baby at 6 months. The villa was so well laid out, well equipped and thoughtfully furnished that it was perfect for everyone. Toys and games for the children, bikes, table tennis, an amazing selection of books to delve into for the adults and a beautiful garden and pool. Outdoor shady areas and a great BBQ and dining terrace. Only one problem – we were not there for long enough! We loved it

Wonderful Holiday Villa
We enjoyed a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. It is an excellent location in a quiet area just outside of Pollensa. The accommodation was exactly what we needed (4 adults and 3 kids)and had everything we could have asked for. Our grandsons (aged 6 and 3)especially enjoyed playing in the large garden and loved swimming in the pool everyday. Communication with Craig and Ben were excellent and as we arrived late, we really appreciated the initial food shop that they arranged for us. We would all love to return!.

Perfect for a family gathering
Wonderfully spacious but also very homely in the furnishing and equipment. Perfect for a holiday with all the family. The large pool was great fun and the men in the party enjoyed the large lawn and football net. Best thing was having lots of different areas to sit, eat and relax. Well situated between Pollensa and the sea. Ample parking and well secured.

Great villa for a family holiday
All three generations of our family enjoyed the week at this villa. The pool was welcome and sparkling clean and is a lovely place to sit overlooking the lawns and garden. There are lots of restaurants in both Pollença and Port Pollença which both have great atmosphere. We were recommended this villa by friends who stayed here previously and we will also recommend it..

The villa has plenty to keep everyone entertained: a large swimming pool measuring 11 x 5 metres (with option to fence and heat), a 4K OLED 55″ TV with Dolby Atmos, a second 4K TV with Playstation 5, Virtual Reality and many games, UK & German terrestrial TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, movies and sports subscriptions, bikes, pool toys and outdoor games, a large lawn with football goals, badminton, table tennis, lots of books and board games, a Yamaha U1 piano, guitar, 1000’s of classic 1980’s and 1990’s arcade and console games, a children’s room with lots of toys and crafts, a work desk with two monitors, 600MB WIFI mesh system throughout the terraces and house, Spotify Premium with Bose speaker and many more things…
Multiple Living Spaces
The villa features multiple living spaces, outdoors and inside: a large living room with two seating areas, a lounge area under the sheltered terrace, accompanied by a dining table, a barbecue area with cushioned seating and a dining table, and a third dining table within the spacious kitchen. Around the swimming pool there are 8 cushioned loungers, a hammock and circular table with chairs, and around the garden there are some more seating areas. The house has four main bedrooms all with en-suite with air conditioning and a children’s play room and workspace with AC.
All Year Round
The villa has gasoil central heating and pool heating, for year round comfort.
Convenient
Every client has 24 hour personal assistance should they have any issue at the villa.
The kitchen is large and well equipped, with plenty of coffee makers (Expresso, French Press, Moka, and Filter), two large fridges, every utensil we can think of, plenty of cutlery plates, glasses, cups, pots and pans, and a dishwasher.
Adjoining the kitchen is a spacious laundry room and pantry with shelving continually stocked with washing and cleaning products.
We offer every client the option to have the groceries of their choice stocked at the house for arrival.
We have cots for every room which can be set up upon request. Likewise, all bedding set-ups can be amended upon request.
We can supply optional home catering, a daily maid service, massages and wine tasting.

Value for Money
We checked all villas in the area with similar specifications and undercut the average price by 10% to make our rates. If one can find a better equipped villa for less in Pollensa then we would love to know of it, and if we can we’ll return the favor.
24/7 Assistance
We contract a support team (Ben and Charlie of Pollentia Rentals) to offer 24/7 assistance should clients have any issues or queries during their stay at the villa. We endeavour to resolve all issues with immediate effect.
A Villa Stocked with Products
Stocked at the house for every client are a multitude of household products, such as: kitchen paper, bin bags, scourers, detergent, dishwasher liquid, shampoo, conditioner, and much more. We also offer, free of charge, the service of grocery shopping, so to have the kitchen stocked with food and drink in advance of the client’s arrival.
Feedback
It’s through our interaction with every client that we learn how to continually improve the villa and the service we offer. We do our utmost to ensure everything is always as it should be, but with such a large house and grounds – with so many parts and facilities – perfection is tricky, but with client feedback we can get closer to that. This also applies to suggestions for improvement or additional items… all feedback is greatly welcome, and we believe it’s because of this that we’re able to offer the villa and service that we do.
